Are you looking for a place where your preschooler can experience the love of God? Kinder Klub is a place where all children can feel welcome, safe and valued. We provide a fun place to be together. We love kids and would love to have your child join us.

What is Kinder Klub?

Kinder Klub is a Sunday Morning Preschool ministry of the First Baptist Church of Alameda.  It is a specially designed program for all children ages 2 through Kindergarten. The goal of this ministry is to share God's love in a safe, fun and interactive environment, offering children the opportunity to build relationships with each other, with leaders, and ultimately Jesus Christ.

Here are some of our favorite activities ...
puzzles ... games ... learning about God ... coloring ... painting ... show-and-tell ... music ... playing instruments ... books ... parachute play ... story telling ... outside activities ... talking ... answering questions ... snacks ... cutting and pasting ... prayer ... holiday parties ... special family events

Children must be picked up at the Kinder Klub Room to be dismissed.  Our children's leaders have gone through special training and screening and are certified to work with children by the First Baptist Church of Alameda.  Please contact Jeanette Calixto at (510) 522-5233 with any questions.

The goal of this ministry is to provide each child the opportunity to come to know Jesus Christ as their personal Lord and Savior.

CELEBRATE KIDS!

Kids are not the church of the future...they are the church of the present!  We believe that kids have a valuable place in our intergenerational community of faith.  In Kid Trek we celebrate kids--their attendance, their birthdays, their ideas, their talents, and gifts.  We sing with them, cheer for them, listen to them, encourage them, pray with them and for them...all in a context of respect, Christian love, and assurance of their safety and security.

CREATE FUN!

We believe that learning and fun go hand in hand.  The Kid Trek Team involves children in a variety of activities designed to bring the Word and Love of God to life through high energy, large group time, creative presentations, kid-centered worship, sound Biblical teaching, small group experiences and personal attention to each child.

CATCH GOD'S LOVE!

Our bottom line at Kid Trek is to bring kids and youth in our community face to face with God's love, saving grace, and purpose in their lives.  Our program is only a means to that end.
